Narelle Byatt holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and is a member of the International Coach Federation. She has undertaken her coaching studies through the Life Coaching Institute of Australia. Narelle’s professional background includes corporate experience in marketing and new business development, public relations, recruitment, conference, event and project management. Originally a Queenslander, Narelle has lived and worked in the UK & USA and now resides in Tasmania.
Having established and managed two successful recruitment agencies Narelle has placed thousands of people in satisfying jobs and coached individuals with career transition and direction. Committed to personal growth and development, Narelle commenced her coaching business - Discover You, in early 2007 to devote her time to assisting people to reach their full potential in their personal and professional / business lives.

Narelle is passionate about fitness, health and wellness and has undertaken many studies in these areas. She is a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner (MAA).
