Narelle’s professional background includes extensive experience in marketing and new business development, public relations, recruitment, conference, event and project management in both the corporate and not-for profit sectors. Narelle has worked in organisations from 2 to 2,000 employees.
Originally a Queenslander, Narelle has lived and worked in the UK & USA and now resides in Hobart, Tasmania. She has coaching clients throughout Australia.
Having established and managed two successful recruitment agencies and her own coaching business, Narelle in experienced in small and medium enterprise business start-up and management. She has placed thousands of people in satisfying jobs and coached individuals with career transition and direction. Committed to personal and professional growth and development, Narelle commenced her coaching business - Discover You, in early 2007 to devote her time to assisting individuals and organisations to reach their full potential.

Narelle is passionate about fitness, health and wellness and has undertaken many studies in these areas. She is a qualified Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner (MAA).
